The Philippines is made up of more than 7,000 islands. It is one of the most incredible countries to visit in Southeast Asia. I had the pleasure of visiting three different islands in the country during a fifteen-day trip. I really enjoyed my trip but I left with the desire to visit more places. The country is full of authentic natural gems like its incredible beaches and bays.
Nature is not the only tourist attraction in the Philippines. The people and culture are also one of the great things about the Philippines. If you get lost on your motorcycle in the most remote places on an island, it will be impossible to come across a group of people who will not greet you with a huge smile. Filipinos are very kind and friendly, which will make your trip even more wonderful.

Tips for every destination
One of the most difficult steps when I was planning my trip to the Philippines was deciding which islands to visit. There are so many beautiful islands! We finally decided to visit El Nido (Palawan), Bohol and Siargao.
Some other great places to visit in the Philippines are Malapascua, Bantayan, Cebu, Camiguin, Siquijor, Boracay, Negros, Dumaguete. In Palawan, I also highly recommended visiting Coron.

BOHOL
Bohol is one of the most well-known places in the Philippines. The famous Chocolate Hills, a very unique geological formation, are located here. On the island you will also find numerous waterfalls, beaches and caves. Some of the best places to visit in Bohol, apart from the Chocolate Hills, are the beaches in Panglao Island, the Man-Made Forest and touring the Loboc River.
EL NIDO
El Nido is the most visited place in the Philippines. It has a wonderful bay full of islets, beautiful beaches and incredible formations. It’s necessary to take a tour from El Nido to visit many of the most unique and beautiful places. There are several tours available.
Some of the most amazing places to visit in El Nido are Small Lagoon, Big Lagoon, Secret Beach, Nacpan Beach, Snake Island, Hidden Beach, Simizu Island, Seven Commandos Beach, Las Cabanas Beach and Secret Lagoon.
SIARGAO
Siargao is one of the most special islands to visit in the Philippines. It was the island that I enjoyed exploring the most as it had such a peaceful atmosphere. Some of the most beautiful places we visited in Siargao Island were Naked Island, Guyam Island, Daku Island, Sugba Lagoon, Magpupungko Rock Pools, and Alegria Beach.
