It\u2019s impossible to think about traveling to Castilla-La Mancha without thinking of Don Quixote de la Mancha, a character created by Miguel de Cervantes, whose adventures take place in this Spanish region. One of the most iconic structures popularized by the novel is the windmill, which can be found in the central area.<\/p>\r\n

Castilla-La Mancha is made up of the provinces of Toledo, Guadalajara, Cuenca, Ciudad Real, and Albacete. The cities of Toledo and Cuenca are truly stunning. Other places worth mentioning include Sig\u00fcenza, Alcal\u00e1 de J\u00facar, the windmills of Consuegra, and the lavender fields of Brihuega.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
