LAS VEGAS

The United States is one of the most visited countries in the world. Not only because of cities like New York, Miami, Chicago or Los Angeles, but also, because of all the national parks that you can visit. I think everyone should visit the U.S at least once in their life. From spending a week touring the streets of the Big Apple to traversing Route 66, the United States offers a lot of unforgettable experiences.

Eat plenty of hamburgers, hot dogs and pizzas. Visit some of the places where your favorite movies and tv shows were filmed. PLACES TO VISIT IN THE UNITED STATES

Tips for every destination

The United States is a very large country, thus, there are many very interesting places to visit. Unless you are traveling the US for several months, it is quite difficult to visit every tourist attraction in the country. So I recommend choosing your destination very well.

If it’s your time visiting the United States, I recommend visiting New York City, a city that impresses anyone who sets foot in it. I also recommend visiting Chicago, Miami, Boston, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New Orleans.

As for national parks, you can take a look at Bryce Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, Grand Canyon of the Colorado, Zion National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Yosemite National Park, Arches National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Yellowstone National Park… The list is endless.

If you’re thinking about road tripping the United States, some of the best routes are Route 66, Route 61, California State Route 1, the Florida Keys Highway and the West Coast. If you have a lot of time, a great adventure would be to cross the entire country from one coast to another.

Welcome to Sin City! Las Vegas is one of the most popular and visited cities in the United States. Although it is not a city I recommend spending a lot of time in, it may be a good idea to add Vegas in your travel itinerary through the United States.

Don’t forget to visit the Vegas Strip and Freemont Street which are the best places to visit in Las Vegas. The city is also a good starting point to visit Death Valley, Valley of Fire State Park, Zion National Park, or of course the Grand Canyon.

I recommend strolling down 5th Avenue, seeing the city from the Top of the Rock, visiting Times Square, going on a bike ride through Central Park, watching the sunset next to the Brooklyn Bridge, going shopping in Soho, trying the best hamburgers in the city, visiting the Statue of Liberty, visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art, flying over the city on a helicopter… There are so many things to do in New York!

SAN FRANCISCO

San Francisco is influenced by different social movements and ethnic groups, which can be appreciate by walking through the its streets. The best way to get to know San Francisco is by walking through its streets or riding on its famous funicular. San Francisco is a city with many hills and slopes; therefore, you should wear comfortable clothing during your visit.

Be sure to visit the Mission and Castro neighborhoods, the Fisherman’s Wharf, Alcatraz Island, Union Square, Chinatown, The Palace Of Fine Arts. You can also enjoy the views from Twin Peaks. I also recommend crossing the Golden Gate Bridge and strolling through the charming town of Sausalito.
